vous expliquer un peu mon parcours pour devenir Secr\u00e9taire M\u00e9dicale.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Je suis Delphine, 38 ans.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Passionn\u00e9e de biologie, j\u2019ai donc pass\u00e9 mon Bac Scientifique sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 Sciences et Vie de la Terre, tout en d\u00e9couvrant le monde du travail d\u00e8s mes 18 ans. Depuis, je ne me suis jamais vraiment arr\u00eat\u00e9e. J\u2019ai pu, tout au long de ma carri\u00e8re professionnelle, apprendre de chaque m\u00e9tier.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Je serai br\u00e8ve\u00a0: Que ce soit de la restauration rapide (les responsabilit\u00e9s, le management, les plannings\u2026), de la vente en t\u00e9l\u00e9phonie ou informatique (gestion de contrats, gestion des stocks, mise en place de cr\u00e9dits \u00e0 la consommation, connaissance des produits\u2026), j\u2019ai pu mettre \u00e0 profit ces exp\u00e9riences et mon penchant pour les sciences dans ma reconversion professionnelle.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fin 2014, je m\u2019inscris donc via le CNED pour faire une formation de Secr\u00e9taire M\u00e9dicale et M\u00e9dico-Sociale. Pour valider une partie de ce dipl\u00f4me, je me devais de faire un stage de plusieurs semaines, non r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9. J\u2019ai eu la chance d\u2019effectuer ce stage au sein d\u2019un laboratoire d\u2019analyses m\u00e9dicales de Dordogne. Ayant montr\u00e9 ma motivation, ma rigueur et ma bonne humeur, j\u2019ai pu d\u00e9crocher un emploi au sein de cette Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de laboratoires et y \u00e9voluer.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Devenue tr\u00e8s rapidement secr\u00e9taire m\u00e9dicale r\u00e9f\u00e9rente, j\u2019ai donc pu effectuer, en plus des bases du secr\u00e9tariat \u00ab\u00a0classique\u00a0\u00bb, les plannings de l\u2019\u00e9quipe, les t\u00e9l\u00e9transmissions des factures du laboratoire, la gestion des rejets, apprendre la notion des diff\u00e9rentes nomenclatures, enregistrer les retours No\u00e9mie, faire les rapprochements bancaires etc\u2026. J\u2019ai \u00e9galement form\u00e9 des secr\u00e9taires sur le poste, mais aussi les \u00e9quipes de quelques laboratoires suite \u00e0 un changement de logiciel. Dynamique et motiv\u00e9e, j\u2019ai toujours su m\u2019investir et me remettre en question quand il le fallait. Je n\u2019ai pas peur d\u2019apprendre de nouvelles comp\u00e9tences et compte bien continuer \u00e0 me parfaire. Le secr\u00e9tariat est tellement diversifi\u00e9 et int\u00e9ressant\u00a0!<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2022, je d\u00e9cide donc de me lancer en tant que secr\u00e9taire m\u00e9dicale ind\u00e9pendante et de cr\u00e9er SmartMed\u2019Office afin de partager mes comp\u00e9tences professionnelles avec vous\u00a0!
